Flor’s Webster Hall performances was an example of what pop bands should strive for – All Punked Up

When your photographer hurries out of a photo pit with tears running down her cheeks and a look of pure shock, alarms of concern go off in your head: until you quickly realize that the tears are full of cathartic emotions and not ones of pure emergency.

The Flor show at Webster Hall in New York City was a mixed bag of people, emotions, and sounds blended together in a way that set it apart from so many tours that pass through the city that prides itself on an understanding of intricately unique music. Flor’s set was defined by a feeling of collectivism and unity that brought a sense of calm over the audience.
